The INUMC Technology Service Desk is a central platform to support the technology needs of the Indiana Conference of the United Methodist Church.
The platform is designed to provide a repository of frequently asked technology questions for self service support and a ticketing system to track technology service requests.
The knowledge base of questions and answers will continue to expand as frequent requests and processes are documented.
The platform also provides a place where your technology requests, not just support, can be submitted and tracked through to completion. When you submit a request, a ticket will be created and a support agent will be notified.
