Troubleshooting: Zip Files Extracting to Empty Folders in computers with Sentinal 1 - Enabling "Launch Folder Windows in a Separate Process"

The conference antivirus program, Sentinal 1, is currently experiencing an issue that causes zip files to appear as if they are being extracted, but only empty folders are visible. The software vendor is diligently working on an update to resolve this issue. In the meantime, we have a temporary solution that can be implemented by enabling the "Launch Folder Windows in a Separate Process" feature in the Windows Explorer Folder Options. To do so, please follow these steps:

Open Windows Explorer.
Click on the "Options" button. Note that you may need to click the "..." menu item to reveal the options.
Select the "View" tab.
Locate and check the box labeled "Launch folder windows in a separate process" (refer to the accompanying image for visual guidance).
